We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support, and office administration. This position will be responsible for transcribing messages, and managing the front desk. Duties:- Greet visitors as they arrive- Answer and direct phone calls- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars- Transcribe messages and relay them to the appropriate personnel- Manage office supplies and inventory- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing- Use QuickBooks and excel sheets to manage billing and invoicing- Competitive salary- Health insurance- Dental insurance- Paid time off .
