Looking for a candidate in the dispatcher/operations team.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Customer service
- Phone calls
- Tracking and tracing shipments
- Reporting delays
- Problem solving/handling repairs and call-offs
- Coordinating and communicating with previous and next shifts
- Using multiple software’s and applications
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

- Communication skills
- Computer literacy
Experience:
- Trucking/logistics experience-preferred
- Automotive trucking experience (customers like GM/Ford/Stellantis)
- Understand customer portal platforms for updating
- Familiar with EDI and smart sheets
- Will consider driven candidates with no experience who are coachable and willing to learn
