Moon Star Express is now hiring local Class A CDL drivers for daily routes based out of Belleville, MI. This position is ideal for experienced drivers looking for a predictable schedule, daily home time, and a steady work environment with a company that prioritizes safety, professionalism, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on local routes
- Transport no-touch automotive freight between local facilities and distribution centers
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate logs and trip records
- Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding delivery progress or issues
Position Highlights
- Home daily – consistent start times with early morning shifts
- Dedicated local routes (no long-haul or overnights)
- Weekly pay up to $1,800 (based on miles and performance)
- 100% no-touch automotive freight
- Assigned newer-model Volvo trucks (2023 and newer)

Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong safety record and reliable work habits
- Ability to operate independently on OTR routes
